This is by far my favorite time of year. The leaves are changing, we’ve had a tease of cooler temps, and the aromas of fall are filling our homes.
If COVID has taught us anything, we have been reminded how much this church and this congregation means to each one of us. We have missed “seeing” each other in worship, fellowshipping after church and sharing a meal with each other on Wednesday nights. ALL of that has come to an end. I am happy to announce that our Wednesday fellowship dinners will resume on November 3rd at 5:45. Our cook teams are geared up and the menus are set. All we need is YOU!
Fellowship time following our worship will begin on November 14th. Things may look a little different, but our time together catching up is what is important.
Remember: We can’t serve from our sofa. We can’t have community of faith from our sofa. We can’t experience the power of a room full of believers worshipping together from our sofa. Christians are contributors. We don’t watch, we engage, we give, we sacrifice, we encourage, and we do life together. However, we have to be here to get back in the swing of things. The church needs you and you need the church.
