Advent/Christmas Devotionals available for pick up starting Sunday, November 1st.
With the many changes we have seen happen this year the Christian Education Committee has purchased an Advent & Christmas devotional that will be available for pick up starting this Sunday, November 1st. If you are unable to come to Worship on Sunday, Anne Carroll will be passing them out from 3pm to 4pm on November 11th and 18th at the Fellowship Hall double doors.
What to expect: “Our Hope and Expectation” explores the Advent season and celebrates the joy of the twelve days of Christmas and the day of Epiphany. It includes daily devotions based on year B scripture readings (in the Revised Common Lectionary) for Sundays and festival days between the first Sunday of Advent (November 29, 2020) and Epiphany (January 6, 2021). In addition to devotions, the book offers household blessings and prayers to enrich your preparations and celebrations.
Please note: RSVP required for Sunday School and Nursery. We must receive a RSVP for your child by Thursday at 4 PM. If for any reason you cannot reach anyone at the Church Office, you may email admin@fpclc.org or text Nikki (her email is in the directory).
