On May 8 at the annual meeting of the United Way of Suwannee Valley, CEO of North Florida council Kelvin Williams presented troop 85 Boy Scout, Josiah Kolwyck the national life saving heroism award for his heroic actions saving a man’s life during tropical storm Debby in 2024.
