The Property Committee has been extremely busy during the month of April. The air handlers for the AC system in the Fellowship Hall had to be replaced, and new ones were installed. This will keep the temperatures more consistent, and the humidity lower, thereby making the building more comfortable.
Additionally, the roof on the FH had developed leaks, and was in need of replacement. This was accomplished the week of April 23.
Also, the weather has begun to warm up, and the need for more active lawn maintenance is here. We have been made aware that the cost of having a contractor perform the work will be more expensive this year due to rising inflation costs and labor shortage. We are studying ways to mitigate the cost by self-performing all or parts of the work in-house. If you see anything that is in need of repair, pleases bring it to the attention of a member of the committee.
